The soft winters and hot summers experienced in Denia, Javea, Moraira and El Portet compose the perfect climate to enjoy life in the Costa Blanca, all the year around. With an average of 320 sunny days a year, and some raindrops, this climate gives a nice green landscape with a wonderful flora. The climate is very agreeable; it is also the healthiest climate in the world, a fact that has been officially certified by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

The Costa Blanca, with white beaches and waving palm trees, is approximately 160 kilometres; it is also an area of rock- and pebble- beaches. In the region Costa Blanca North, with cities like Denia, Javea, Moraira/Teulada, El Portet, Benissa, Pego and Jalón are many different possibilities. The large sandy beaches of Denia, the wonderful rocks of Cabo San Antonio or Cabo la Nao in Javea, the pretty green valley with panoramic views in Pego and Jalón… a landscape that offers everybody a desirable place to live.

The city of Denia, with 43000 inhabitants, is the biggest city of the region and has been built on the foot of the imposing mountain Montgo (753 metres) and has a large 13th century castle in the centre of the city. Denia was already founded in the 8th century before Christ, and many cultures have influenced the actual composition of the city. In Denia you can enjoy the 20 kilometres of sandy beaches, the unique nature on the mountain Montgo and the area Las Rotas, or the various top restaurants you can find on it.

Javea, with 30000 inhabitants, is a small paradise on earth. The wonderful bays and panoramic views in this city are absolutely unique. In Javea are many modern, well-developed residential areas, where we can offer you top properties.

Moraira/Teulada and Benissa have 9500 and 12500 inhabitants and are very popular because of the fantastic views you can find here. Moraira/Teulada has the most modern city centre of the region and a yacht club; it makes these cities very interesting for yacht owners.

The city Pego, with 11000 inhabitants and just 10 kilometres away from the sandy beach, which has a very nice valley. From the mountainside the views over the valley and the northern part of the Costa Blanca coast are absolutely fantastic. The Pego area offers you a natural and very quiet life.

Jalón, with just 2900 inhabitants, is the centre of the Jalón valley, with international fame thanks to the great wines that come from this area, with it’s unique natural landscape and very healthy climate. Jalón is a real old village, where it seems that the time has stood still. This authentically Spanish village is an interesting place to enjoy nature, rest and sun.

The Costa Blanca North, called "La Marina Alta” is a region with many European residents. Life quality, climate and nature are present and also modern services in different European languages, such as medical assistance, and various amenities.

The Costa Blanca is very well communicated with central European countries and Great Britain. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are just 80 and 65 kilometres away and offer daily flights from and to different European cities. By car the Costa Blanca can easily be reached over the motorway A7.
